New Year, New Post

Well I guess it has been a while....  I haven't exactly been slacking off.  Just focusing on other things.  And I finally got a new computer so perhaps it will be easier to update my blog.  And I finally finished my number 1 nephew's quilt last year!  I'm still in the planning stages for number 2 nephew's quilt but in the meantime I've also gotten a new sewing machine.  I think I'm set for a while!

I also made a quilt for a friend I hadn't seen in a long time.  I finished it in a fraction of the time it took me to finish the quilt above but then it's not quite as complex.  Or large.  It gets the job done...
